1. International Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Upon Order Placement, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as out of stock, natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

2.2 If you want to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped out. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route

Any delivery dates provided by HOMVANA® are estimated. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.
