2. Delivery Time

2.1 Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; (Generally 1-2 business days)

2.2 Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you. (Depends on the country)

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you.

Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as out of stock, natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.
The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order.

4.2 If you want to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped out. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route

8. Cancel Order 

8.1 Can I cancel the order after placing the order?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
Within 12 hours after the order is placed, you can apply to support@homvana.shop to cancel the order, because we will confirm the order and arrange the delivery within 12 hours.
If the cancellation is requested after more than 12 hours, it can only be refunded or The return process is proceeding, please refer to our REFUND POLICY.

8.2 Is there a fee for canceling an order?
For refunds within 12 hours of placing an order, no handling fee.
For refunds 12 hours after the order is placed, please refer to REFUND POLICY.
By the way, paypal official will charge a refund fee.

8.3 After canceling the order, how will the refund be returned? How long is the return time?
For refunds within 12 hours of placing an order, we support the same way to return, arrange the return time is 1-2 business days, and the return time is 1-2 business days. For refunds 12 hours after the order is placed, we also support the same way to return.
